AUTS: Cheat Saturday...

I really believed on cheat days and that Filipinos are fond of eating roasted food. Because we are talking about food, I'm one of those who make excuses if my favorite food is served on the table just like today. Sino ba naman makakaresist ng temptations ng lechon especially if you don't have any restrictions to eat oily foods? Haha!!!

AUTS: The Clear Waters of Puerto Galera

Yesterday, Rhy and I went to Puerto Galera to attend the funeral of Tita Annie (Sister of Rhy's father). It was 4am in the morning when we left Manila. We took a taxi going to the Cubao Bus Terminal and took the Alps bus going to Batangas Pier. The fare was Php175.00 per head and the destination was two hours away. The bus took off at exactly 5 in the morning. Because we really lack sleep that night, we slept on the entire travel. The ride was smooth so we had a good rest.

We got off at Batangas Pier and went to the ticket booth to purchase our boat tickets to Puerto Galera. We rode in what they call a "Banca" which is a medium-sized boat which can carry up to more or less I think 45 passengers.

AUTS: Dashing Divas on the Loose

Hi gals, I just wanted to share to you another day of pampering ourselves - another girls bonding again but this time it was really a girl thing. We went to Robinsons Malate to buy some stuff and roam around while waiting for 7pm because Thursday is our car's coding day.

When you say girls bonding, it normally means chismisan over coffee, watching a movie, going to the spa or hair salon or simply having your nails done. Because we live in the same house and we usually talk about everything almost everyday and we also don't feel like going to the hair salon today that means we are left of doing the latter. Oooohhh and I love these things because it relieves the stress, makes you relax and just feel that we are a bunch of girls who wants to have fun. ^_^

AUTS: Food Addiction

When I came back from Singapore, I promised myself to go and eat Pinoy food that I missed or even those served in restaurants that I hardly find there or are very expensive for just a meal. Half  of the month since I came back, I got to try out a few - Cibo at Shangrila, Harbor View at Roxas Blvd, French Baker at Landmark Makati, Auntie Anne's at Glorietta and some Pinoy food that I normally eat at home.

FB: Singapura Trip with the Future Family

Hi guys, sorry I've been busy for quite a while. After the Holy Week vacation, I got busy with a couple of things that I really had no time to blog. Good thing I am waiting for the approval of our client so here I got some time to write and publish this article. I've been itching to write about our Singapore trip pa naman.

The four-day vacation was sulit because they got to go to the famous tourist spots in Singapore - yun nga lang no budget for the USS na so we did not go in, instead, we opted for the night pass of the Sentosa.

AUTS: Mango Melon Smoothie (Day Two)

Today is my second day of having my smoothie diet. By the way, last night I couldn't resist the temptation of having rice with a stick of pork barbeque. Namiss ko talaga ang mga grilled food sa kalye. Haha! So I gave in but considered only having 3 spoonful of rice and ate that yummy pork barbeque. Today, I ate my usual breakfast and lunch. Half rice, fried fish and a glass of smoothie for breakfast then another half rice, tuna, corn and carrots, cream of mushroom soup and another glass of smoothie as my lunch. For tonight I'll try not to eat any rice, magpapak nalang ako ng ulam. :) I already had some Palabok from Jollibee this merienda because I missed it too. Jusko kumakain pa rin ako ng kumakain kasi namiss ko talaga ang mga Pinoy food. Haha!

For today's Mango Melon Smoothie, below is the recipe. I like this better than yesterday because of the sweet taste.. Uhmm!!!

AUTS: Going on a Smoothie Diet

Hi guys, sorry for being away for a few days, I was on vacation with my boyfriend's family. I'll be blogging about it once I get the complete copy of the pictures. :p But for now, I wanted to share to you the beginning of my smoothie diet.

I get my excess belly fat through rice. When I was in college, I normally eat two cups of rice per meal and three cups of rice when my meal goes with a nice hot Sinigang soup on the side like in Mang Inasal. That's why I love Mang Inasal because of the soup. Kayo rin ba? Haha! That time I don't get fat fast because I burn what I eat by studying from morning til late night. But when I was working, I felt my tummy started to show some excess fat because I don't normally walk and I lessen the workouts because I felt stressed at work so when I have time to rest during weekends, I just sit at home and relax. Haha! Ibang-iba na talaga ang lifestyle when you start working. Kung may time saka na maiisipan magworkout especially kapag wala kang kasama to go to the gym or someone you can run with.
