AUTS: Mango Melon Smoothie (Day Two)

Today is my second day of having my smoothie diet. By the way, last night I couldn't resist the temptation of having rice with a stick of pork barbeque. Namiss ko talaga ang mga grilled food sa kalye. Haha! So I gave in but considered only having 3 spoonful of rice and ate that yummy pork barbeque. Today, I ate my usual breakfast and lunch. Half rice, fried fish and a glass of smoothie for breakfast then another half rice, tuna, corn and carrots, cream of mushroom soup and another glass of smoothie as my lunch. For tonight I'll try not to eat any rice, magpapak nalang ako ng ulam. :) I already had some Palabok from Jollibee this merienda because I missed it too. Jusko kumakain pa rin ako ng kumakain kasi namiss ko talaga ang mga Pinoy food. Haha! 

For today's Mango Melon Smoothie, below is the recipe. I like this better than yesterday because of the sweet taste.. Uhmm!!!

1 bowl of Watermelon (around a quarter)
1 bowl of Mango (4 pieces)
1 glass of water

Then blend, blend, blend... and tada!!!


I swear, this smoothie is the best I ever tasted yet. Hindi nakakasawa yung taste. By the way, I forgot to tell you that I weighed in during my first day of the smoothie diet and I weighed 47 kilos. I also got to jog early this morning and had some general cleaning on our room so I really shed some sweat on those activities. I hope to burn these excess belly fat and weigh less or maybe just maintain the weight but achieve that flat tummy. Kaloka talaga tong mga unwelcome fats sa katawan. 

So there guys, try this smoothie recipe out. I 'm sure you'll like the taste of it! Tata!
