AUTS: Can't Wait To Get My Hands on a Chickenjoy

"Ouch", I said to myself as I tweezed the last hair on my eyebrows that needs to be plucked. Shaping my eyebrows had to be the hardest thing that I have to maintain doing in my face. Sometimes you can see my eyebrows high and thin while sometimes it would just be the normal thick eyebrows where people may want to just pull out their tweezers and start shaping and plucking the messy hair on the top of my eyes.

I woke up 9AM this morning with low hopes of going to the newly opened branch of Jollibee here in Singapore. Of course, almost every OFW, especially those who haven't been back home for the longest time, would want to eat in this famous fast food chain in our country. I'm hungry and so are my housemates and travelling by bus for an hour to Lucky Plaza and queueing up for almost an hour or two to order our favorite Chickenjoy for breakfast would certainly be not a good idea! To hear out our grumbling tummies, we opted for a quick-to-cook breakfast - sunny side up eggs, tuna with tomatoes, fried tuyo and rice - and an added cup of coffee just completed our meals.


To show how people missed Jollibee and how others would want to try it, here are pictures showing of how long the line outside Jollibee can get. Take note that this was taken on an ordinary weekday so imagine if we went there early this morning.

Daig pa ang pila sa remittance centers. :(

See the crazy lines? It's as if you're getting a new phone at Singtel or simply lining in a remittance center on a payday. Maybe we'll just let the Jollibee craze subside for a while. A week or two perhaps? I want Chickenjoy and if Palabok is available, I would love to order it as well. I have their menu but I can't seem to see my favorite Palabok in its pricelist. Nonetheless, the Jolly Hotdog or Yummy Spaghetti will do.

Sad kid here! :( I really hope to enjoy a Chickenjoy on its SG branch before I put my hands on it when I get back home. Jusko baka mauna pa nga ata ako makakain sa Pinas kesa dito. Lols!
