AUTS: I10's PMS

Oh my! Just got back from Hyundai Otis. Me and my cousin went there to have my car's 40k PMS even though its odometer still reads 39111.

Last time when Rhy and I used it during typhoon Emong, we are hearing this disturbing sound near the engine so we agreed to have it checked today. After skipping 20k, 25k and 30k PMS's, I already prepared myself to be quoted more or less 8k worth of car maintenance and parts. I read in a Hyundai forum, it would range from 6-8k depending upon what parts to change.

Kuya Jhun of Hyundai Otis was the one who assisted us and gave me the breakdown of cost. His number appears on the picture I attached below. While he was writing the individual parts and its corresponding prices, I was very nervous already. OMG, halos libo libo ang nakikita kong presyo on some items.

Para hindi naman masyadong expensive, I instructed Kuya Jhun to not change the spark plug kasi kakapalit lang naman namin nun last December and I also asked if it's ok to just have the aircon filter cleaned para hindi na papalitan. Oo naman daw so I agreed. Tagtipid ang lola nyo so he quoted me a final price of only Php 10,647 from P16k++. And good thing, may kahati ako sa bayad so it was okay. *Rhy, ahem!*

Having a car is convenient but wait until you got it checked and maintained. Haha! Mapapa NGA-NGA nalang and pikit mata when paying. But still okay because my car is almost 5 years already and we use it everyday naman so the price is worth it na rin. For a 5-year-old-car, I would say that it still performs well. ^_^

Til here guys, XO!
